Professor Profile:
Yajuan Chen joined School of Management, Wuhan University of Technology in 2014. Prior to joining Wuhan University of Technology, Yajuan obtained PhD degree in management in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2014, majoring in Management Science and Engineering. Yajuan studied in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a visiting scholar in 2012, and studied in Hong Kong Polytechnic University as an assistant researcher from 2013 to 2014. Also, she was assigned to take up a secondment position in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone from November 2024 to November 2025, serving as a member of Party Group and Deputy Director of the Organization Department (Bureau of Human Resources).
