Xiangying Xi, female, born in April 1966 in Huangshi, Hubei Province, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in material management; In 2012, a master's degree in transportation planning and management degree was conferred byWuhan University of Technology with. She is currently an associate professor of the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Operation Management in the School of Management of Wuhan University of Technology.
