Chen Xiaofang, female, Han ethnicity, born in October 1967, holds a Doctorate in Management. She is the Dean of the School of Management at Wuhan University of Technology, a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor in the Accounting Department; a postdoctoral fellow of the Ministry of Finance, a Chinese Certified Public Accountant, a senior visiting scholar in the UK, an independent director, the Executive Dean of the Wuhan Science and Technology Strategy Research Institute, and the Dean of the Digital Governance and Management Decision Research Institute at Wuhan University of Technology. She is the head of the National First-Class Major Construction Site for "Accounting," the head of the National First-Class Online and Offline Blended Course for "Principles of Accounting," the head of the National Bilingual Teaching Demonstration Course for "Principles of Accounting," a member of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for three consecutive terms, and a member of the Budget Committee of the Standing Committee of the 13th Wuhan Municipal People's Congress. She has long been engaged in teaching and research work in accounting, auditing, digital governance, low-carbon management, and organizational operations.
She has presided over 1 Hubei Provincial Excellent Course and 1 Hubei Provincial Online and Offline Blended First-Class Course, and has published 5 textbooks and monographs. In recent years, she has published over 90 papers in authoritative journals indexed by SCI, SSCI, "Management World," "Audit Research," "Accounting Research," etc., with 13 papers fully reprinted by the Renmin University Copying Materials. She has presided over more than 40 national, provincial, and ministerial-level research projects, including 1 International Strategic Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Project, 5 national-level projects, and 10 provincial/ministerial-level projects. She has received 1 first prize and 3 second prizes for provincial-level scientific research achievements; 2 third prizes for outstanding achievements in social sciences in Wuhan; 1 second prize for Hubei Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award; the "Intelligent Finance and Accounting Course Group" was awarded the provincial-level excellent teaching grassroots organization; and she has received 1 special prize, 1 first prize, and 1 second prize for university-level teaching achievements. She has guided students to win 1 national bronze medal and 2 Hubei Provincial gold medals in the "Challenge Cup" College Student Entrepreneurship Competition, and guided students to win 2 first prizes in the Hubei Provincial MPAcc Competition.
